The customer wants additional OSCE seats or other features and functionalities.
- The customer has an existing license for 1500 users and would like have an additional 100 seats.
- The customer would like to purchase OSCE plug-ins such as IDF, TMSM, TMMS or additional services like Web Reputation, Anti-spyware or Damage Cleanup.
The following occurs when the customer requests for a additional seats or features:
- The assigned sales representative will have the reseller send a quote to the customer.
- Once the order is placed, order management updates all the licenses on the back-end.
- A certificate is sent out to the customer with the existing/new codes.
- The customer must click Update Now or Install the new features on the OfficeScan management console.
