“Type the BlackBerry Enterprise Server name, and try again” appears when removing BlackBerry settings in Mobile Security (TMMS) 8.0

Summary
You are unable to remove the BlackBerry settings in the TMMS management console. When deleting the information on each field under the BlackBerry settings and clicking Save, this error occurs:
Type the BlackBerry Enterprise Server name, and try again.

To resolve this, delete the SQL entries for the BlackBerry settings using SQL Server Management Studio:
  1. Stop the following services via services console (services.msc):
    • Mobile Security Management Module BlackBerry Service (BBMDMService.exe)
    • Mobile Security Management Module Service (TmOMSMMaster.exe )
    • Mobile Security Monitor Service (TmOMSMMonitor.exe)
    • OfficeScan Plug-in Manager  (OfcAoSMgr.exe)
    • OfficeScan Master Service (ofcservice.exe)
  2. Log on to the SQL Server using SQL Server Management Studio.
  3. Select the database for TMMS.
  4. Right-click the database, and then click Tasks > Back up
  5. Click OK to initiate the backup process for the database.
  6. When the backup is finished, right-click the database and select New Query.
  7. On the Query window on the middle of the page, type the following command:
    select * from Configuration
  8. Click Execute to list all entries under the database with the word “Configuration” in it. The three entries for BlackBerry will show up.   
  9. On the Query window, type each of the following lines one at a time then click Execute:
    Note: After typing the first line, delete it then type the second one. Enterprice is the exact word and it is not a typographical error.
    delete from Configuration where Id='BlackBerry_Enterprice_Server_Configuration'
    delete from Configuration where Id='BlackBerry_Command_Tool_Configuration'
    delete from Configuration where Id='BlackBerry_Database_Configuration'
  10. After the commands have been executed, refresh the database.  Do either of the following:
    • Right-click the database and click Refresh.
    • Log out and log in to the SQL Server Management Studio.
    The entries for BlackBerry are now removed from the SQL Server Management Studio. 
  11. Restart the following services
    • Mobile Security Management Module BlackBerry Service (BBMDMService.exe)
    • Mobile Security Management Module Service (TmOMSMMaster.exe )
    • Mobile Security Monitor Service (TmOMSMMonitor.exe)
    • OfficeScan Plug-in Manager  (OfcAoSMgr.exe)
    • OfficeScan Master Service (ofcservice.exe)
  12. Log on again to the OfficeScan web console. You will no longer see any configuration listed under Communication Server Settings > BlackBerry Settings.
