Viewing individual user details in SafeSync for Enterprise

View individual user information such as email address, account type, status, plan assignment, modified date and storage used.

To view the individual user details, follow the steps below:
  1. Log in to the administrator web console.
  2. Go to Users tab.
  3. Choose from either of the options below to go to the individual user view:
    • On the left pane, click any account or expand the Active Directory (AD) group, and then click any domain account.
    • On the left pane, click either Active Directory or Manual Accounts, and then go to the desired user account in the center pane. The individual user details appear.
  4. Review the account details in the center pane. If you want to make changes, do either of the following:
    • For a manual account, click edit.
    • For a domain account, click change.
