Use the remote wipe function cautiously. Trend Micro recommends a remote lock before a remote wipe.
To perform a remote wipe on a device:
  1. Go to Users > Group. Select the user and device. You can also search for the user.
  2. Click Wipe Device. Select whether you want to reset the device to factory defaults or only remove corporate data.
    Click Wipe Device
    Note: Administrators can reset an iOS device to factory defaults or delete all the corporate data (email messages, calendar, contacts, and settings) from the device. On Android devices, administrators can only reset the device to the factory default. Data on the SD card will not be deleted.
  3. From the Remote Wipe screen, check the confirmation checkbox.
  4. Type a brief note for the wipe, and then click Wipe.
