Summary

Find out why EAS Provisioning does not work after upgrading Mobile Security (TMMS) from version 7.1 to 8.0.

Details
Public

In TMMS 7.1 version, you can only configure a single user name for the EAS Provisioning. After deployment, the same user name will be used to all devices.

However, when you upgraded from TMMS 7.1 to 8.0, the EAS provisioning will no longer work because TMMS 7.1 has a different EAS design.

In TMMS 8.0, you can no longer specify a user name for the EAS Provisioning. During enrollment of the device, you will be prompted for a user name and password. These credentials will be linked to your EAS profile.

As a workaround, you must register again the device and enter the credentials to make it work with the proper user account.
