Remove the TMCM database components from the server for troubleshooting purposes.

To remove the Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) settings:

  1. On the TMCM server, click Start Run. The Run dialog box appears.
  2. Type “odbcad32.exe” in the Open field. The ODBC Data Source Administrator screen appears.
  3. Click System DSN tab.
  4. Under the Name section, select ControlManager_Database.
  5. Click Remove.
  6. Click Yes to finish.

To remove the TMCM SQL Server 2008 Express database:

  1. On the TMCM server, click Start Control Panel Add/Remove Programs.
  2. Select SQL Server 2008 Express.
  3. Click Remove to delete the related files.
