- Uninstall Tool - for manual uninstallation of Security Agent (SA). Contact Trend Micro Technical Support for assistance in getting and using the Uninstall Tool.
- TASpy tool - for manual installation of firewall in WFBS 7.0
- Downloader tool - for downloading the WFBS installer when the installer is corrupted
- Anti-Malware tools - for cleaning infection and getting logs/system information
- Trend Micro RootKit Buster - for scanning hidden files, registry entries, processes, drivers, services, ports, and the master boot record (MBR) to identify and remove rootkits.
- Trend Micro Anti-Threat Toolkit - for analyzing malware issues and cleaning infected computers.
