This article shows how to enable and disable the web reputation policy for multiple server platforms in OSCE. When installing OSCE, the "Enable web reputation policy on server platforms" function is disabled by default.

To enable or disable the function:

  1. Go to the ...\PCCSRV\Private folder in the OfficeScan installation directory.
  2. Open the ofcserver.ini file.
  3. Add the following key under the INI_SERVER_SECTION section and set its value to "1".

    [INI_SERVER_SECTION]
    SupportToConfigureWRServerPlatformForMultiClient={x}

    Where x:
    0 = disables the "Enable web reputation policy on server platforms" function (default)
    1 = enables the "Enable web reputation policy on server platforms" function

  4. Log off from, then log on to the OfficeScan server console.
 
The setting provided only works in OSCE 11.0 with Build 4168 and higher, and in OSCE 10.6 Patch 1 and above.
