Machine is very slow when accessing it via Remote Desktop while TmListen.exe is enabled in Windows 8

Summary
Machine running on Windows 8 is very slow when:
  1. Accessing it via Remote Desktop Connection
  2. Tmlisten.exe is enabled
This issue happens because the Osprey architecture used hooks all of the TCP Traffic.

To resolve this, add the Remote Desktop process in the Process Exception List of WFBS. Do the following:
  1. Open the Security Server console.
  2. Go to Preferences > Global Settings.
  3. Go to the Desktop/Server tab.
  4. Scroll down to find Web Reputation and URL Filtering section.
  5. Under this section, type "mstsc.exe" in the field provided, and then click Add.
  6. Click Save on the bottom of the page.
