IP white list does not work when using a proxy server

The IP white list for Web Reputation Service (WRS) and URL Filtering does not work when using a proxy server.

This happens because IP white list only applies to direct traffic without proxy. Therefore, if you are using a proxy server, the network traffic will not be bypassed since it is using a proxy IP address.
Trend Micro recommends that you only use white listing for internal network IP addresses that do not use a proxy server to ensure proper white listing of specific addresses.
