After following the steps for importing keywords in page 3-25 of the DLP 5.6 Administrator Guide, you still cannot finish the process even if the following format is used:

{“description”:“1:description”,“caseSensi”:“0”,“name”:“key1”,“score”:2},
{“description”:“2:description”,“caseSensi”:“1”,“name”:“key2”,“score”:3}]

The issue occurs when your string contains unnecessary spaces. To resolve it, remove extra spaces and save the file. You will now be able to import the keywords.
