"Internal Server Error" appears when accessing the OfficeScan console Product License page

When you access the Product License page of the OfficeScan web console, the following error occurs:

internal server error

To resolve this issue:

  1. Close the OfficeScan console.
  2. Download and install the MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2.
  3. Clear the cache of Internet Explorer.
  4. Restart the OfficeScan Master Service.
  5. Open the OfficeScan console.
  6. Click on Administration > Product License.
  7. Re-enter Product Activation Code (Superkey).
  8. Click Update Information.
