After HES/HES - Inbound Filtering is activated and your first domain added, you will immediately receive a confirmation/welcome email. However, sometimes this email is not delivered.
The confirmation email may not be received because very often, users add their first domain to HES but forget to submit the changes. To resolve this issue:
Option 1:

Log in to HES.
- For Europe, Middle East, Africa(EMEA): https://tm.hes.trendmicro.eu
- For Non EMEA: https://tm.hes.trendmicro.com

On the Add a Domain section, click Submit.

Wait for your confirmation email to be sent to you. It should be delivered within 48 hours. The email contains guides that will help you through the final necessary steps to accomplish before starting the HES service.
If you still have not received the confirmation/welcome email, contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
