"HTTP 502.2 – Bad Gateway" occurs when accessing Manual Update or Scheduled Download settings in Control Manager (TMCM) 6.0 Patch 2

Summary
When customers go to Updates > Manual updates or Updates > Scheduled Updates on the TMCM console, the following error appears:
HTTP 502.2 – Bad Gateway
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.  The headers it did return are “”.
HTTP Error 502.2 - Bad gateway
This issue occurs after installing the following patch:
  • TMCM 6.0 Patch 2 Hotfix 1603
  • TMCM 6.0 Patch 2 Hotfix 1604

To resolve the issue, download and install TMCM 6.0 Patch 3 on the TMCM server.
