Cannot delete an admin account on SafeSync for Business

Summary

You cannot delete an admin account. You can only delete an admin account when you change the account type from Admin to User.

 
All admin accounts you created can be deleted except for the one associated to the SafeSync License.

To delete an admin account:

  1. Open the SafeSync web console.
  2. Click Manage.

    Click Manage

  3. Position the mouse over the admin account to be deleted, and then click Edit.

    Hover the mouse over the admin account to be deleted, and then click Edit.

  4. Change the Type to User, and then click Save.

    Change the Type to User, and then click Save.

    The Delete icon appears at the right side of the Account.

    Click the "Delete" icon to delete the account.
