A newly installed Smart Protection Server (TMSPS) with WRS/FRS enabled will download "FULL" WRS and FRS patterns from Active Update (AU). Pattern size will depend on the latest pattern download.
When new pattern versions are available on Active Update (AU), the update process will start downloading incremental patterns with a smaller file size.
