Scheduled Scan: Start/Complete Time is only supported in Windows platform. Other platforms such as Mac OS, iOS, and Android do not send this information to the WFBS-SVC server.
For Scan End time or to verify if the Scheduled Scan is finished, check this information from the Devices tab.
  1. Log on to WFBS-SVC console.
  2. Go to the Security Agents tab.
  3. On the Right pane, search for your device.
  4. Click on the Gear box icon and choose Customize Columns.
  5. Put a check mark on either Schedule Scan Started or Scheduled Scan Completed then click Save.

    Select columns to display

You may now view the start time and complete time for your scheduled scan.

    Scheduled Scan

If the scan was started and interrupted (e.g. Stop Schedule Scan from tray icon, or shutdown client), you will not see any entry under Scheduled Scan Complete Time.

    Scheduled Scan Complete
