Filtering and viewing archived reports in SecureCloud

This article explains how to locate specific reports generated by SecureCloud.

To filter and view archived reports:
  1. Click Reports > Archived. The Archived Reports screen appears.
  2. Locate archived reports using these filtering options:
    • Type of Report: From the Show report type drop-down list, you can choose One-time, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
    • Sort: Click a column heading to sort reports in ascending or descending order based on the data in that column. For example, click the Date column heading to sort reports by the creation date.
  3. Download reports by selecting the reports and clicking Download Report(s). Follow the prompts to save the reports to your chosen location.
Notes:
  • SecureCloud archives reports for 365 days before performing an automatic deletion. The deleted reports will no longer appear in the filter results.
  • The Archived Reports table shows 10 reports by default. If there are more than 10 reports that match the filter criteria, display more reports in the table or navigate to the next page of results.
