After upgrading OfficeScan 10.6 SP1 to SP2, the URL blocking page on the client remains on the old version and websites are blocked by OfficeScan 10.6 SP1.
Details
Public
Note: this issue doesn't occur in a fresh installation of the client.
This occurs because the following files were not replaced during the client upgrade to SP2:
URLfAlt.htm
URLFCredLevel.htm
URLFCredScore.htm
UrlFDnsS.htm
UrlFErr.htm
UrlFPhis.htm
To fix this issue:
  1. On the OfficeScan (OSCE) server, open a new command line window.
  2. Go to <OSCE server path>\PCCSRV\PCCNT
  3. Run the following:
    <OSCE server path>\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\Touch\TmTouch.exe URL*.htm
The files will automatically be deployed to all OSCE clients.
