To resolve the issue:
For inbound mails
Your domain is having problems accepting emails from HES. We recommend that you do the following:
- Check your firewall and your Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) and make sure that the HES IP ranges are allowed.
- Check your ports and makes sure that the port you specified on the HES Domain Management is open in your firewall and servers.
- On the mail server, disable your security software/appliance temporarily and conduct a test mail to your domain.
For outbound mails
Contact the recipient or the administrator of the recipient’s domain and ask them to check their mail server and security policies.
