The Device Version Count Report feature in the Enterprise Report section of PolicyServer 3.1.3 is helpful in determining how many devices are reporting to the PolicyServcer using a certain version of Endpoint Encryption client including their device names.
If you test between FDE 3.1.3 and 3.0.12 devices, however, only the 3.1.3 shows the build number in 3.1.3.XXX format while the 3.0.12 only shows the version 3.0.12. This detail is important if you are upgrading older versions of FDE to build 3.0.12 SP7g (or 3.0.12.861) in order to upgrade to the latest compatible build of FDE.
You can check the exact build through the SQL server.
To check the build:
  1. Log in to the SQL Server Management Studio.
  2. Expand Databases, and then select MobileArmorDB.
  3. Right-click MobileArmorDB, and then Select New Query.
  4. On the Query field, copy and paste the following:
    Select d.deviceid, d.devicename, da.attributevalue from Device d inner join deviceattributes da on d.deviceIndex = da.deviceindex inner join attributes a on da.attributeindex = a.attributeindex where attributename = 'DataArmor Component - actlsrv'
A table will display the computers’ names under the device name and exact build number of FDE 3.0.12 under the attribute value.
Below are the versions of FDE 3.0.12 and their build numbers:
    FDE 3.0.12 VersionBuild Number
    3.0.12.861SP7g
    3.0.12.860SP7f
    3.0.12.850SP7d
    3.0.12.837SP7c
    3.0.12.813SP7b
    3.0.12.767SP7a
    3.0.12.756SP7

If the list is long, you can export the table as a CSV file. The query will only work with FDE 3.0.12.XXX versions.
