Enabling IPv6 protocol on an OfficeScan server installed on Windows Server 2003

By default, the IPv6 protocol is not installed on Windows Server 2003.
To resolve this issue, install the IPv6 protocol:
  1. Click Start > Control Panel > Network Connections.
  2. Right-click any local area connection, and then click Properties.
  3. Click Install.
  4. Click Protocol > Add.
  5. Click Microsoft TCP/IP version 6 > OK.
  6. Close and save the changes.
    Note: Restart the server to finish the installation.
  7. Enable IPv6. Type the following on the command prompt:
    svrsvcsetup.exe -EnableIPv6
