The following error appears when moving a client from one domain to another, even if logged in as root:
Unable to move client. You do not have permission to move the selected client(s). Verify your permissions and try again.
This could be caused by multiple instances of Active X installed.
To fix this issue:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Go to Tools > Internet Options.
- Under Browser Settings, click Settings.
- Click View Objects.
Delete the following:
These files can also exist in the CONFLICT.x (x = number) folders. Find and delete them.
- Open the management console.
- Install Active X as prompted.
