Learn how to remove the "Out of Sync" status on an Android mobile device that has TMMS installed.

The status appears when you do not activate the TMMS in the Device Administrators list of the Android device. The Mobile Security cannot synchronize the server policies with the device, thus the "Out of Sync" status occurs.

To do this:

  1. On the mobile device, go to Settings > Location and Security > Device Administrators.
  2. Select the checkbox on the right side of Mobile Security.
