Unable to select drop-down menu items after upgrading to OfficeScan 10.6
The administrator upgraded from OfficeScan (OSCE) 10.5 to 10.6 SP2. After the upgrade, the administrator noticed that selecting the drop-down boxes on the Client Management page doesn't display the menu items. Rebooting the system doesn't help.
Cannot display drop-down items
This issue doesn't occur when bringing up the UI on a different system.

This is related to the Active X components used by the OSCE Server.
To resolve the issue:
Remove all Trend Micro add-ons
  1. Click the Tools button > Manage add-ons.
  2. To display all ActiveX controls, under Show option, click Downloaded controls in the drop-down menu. Downloaded controls
  3. Click the ActiveX control you want to delete, then click More information.
  4. In the More Information dialog box, click the Remove button.
    If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for every Trend Micro control present on the OfficeScan system.
Delete all Internet browsing history\cache\cookies
  1. Open Internet Options.
  2. From the General tab, select Delete under Browsing History.
  3. Delete all History, Form data, Cookies and Temporary Internet files.
Restart your Internet browser.
Once you log back into the console you should get prompted to install the Active x add-on again (depending on your security settings).
Verify if the issue is resolved.
