Summary
Check the online and offline update agents by using the Ad Hoc Query.
Details
To monitor the update agents:
- On the Control Manager console, go to Logs > New Ad Hoc Query.
- Under the Data Scope, choose the Select Product Tree option.
- Select the OfficeScan servers containing the update agent.
- Under the Data View, select the Product Status Information.
- Under the Query Criteria, you may leave the fields blank or configure the criteria.
To configure the criteria:- Set the first dropdown list to Update Agent.
- Set the second dropdown list to is equal to.
- Set the third dropdown list to Yes.
- Tick the Save this query to the saved Ad Hoc Queries list check box to save the Ad Hoc Query.
The list of update agent is now available and you can see the OfficeScan client status on the Connection Status column.
