The following error message appears intermittently on random Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) Agents:
Trend Micro Common Client Communications Service has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

To resolve the issue, upgrade to WFBS 8.0 Service Pack 1.
If the problem persists, do the following:
  1. Run the CDT tool on the affected client machine.
  2. Enable all events, then replicate the issue by restarting the TmListen service a couple of times.
  3. Let the CDT tool run for 15 minutes to collect substantial debug information.
  4. Contact Trend Micro Technical Support support for further analysis.
