- Shows an error message when the Mac agent runs on a new version of Mac OS and makes the update function work
- Download and save the TMSM 2.0 Patch 1 installation package.
- Double click the patch agent (TMSMPatchAgentCmd.exe) to deploy the agent program to the client. There are two ways to deploy the patch:
- On the endpoint of the TMSM client via the:
- T-ball logo found on the top right corner of the menu bar
- "Update Now" option from the drop-down menu
- TMSM server console
- OfficeScan management console
- Using the Plug-in Manager
- Go to the Plug-in Manager > Trend Micro Security for Mac > Agent Management.
- Select the agents or groups from the agent tree.
- Click Tasks and select Update from the drop-down list.
