Unable to update the C&C IP list pattern after server migration or service pack upgrade

Summary
After performing an OSCE server migration from one server to another, the C&C IP list pattern file's default value is still 1.10023.00:

This issue occurs because of incorrect update source settings in the ofcserver.ini file.
To resolve this issue:
  1. Stop the OSCE server master service.
  2. Create a backup of the ofcserver.ini file under the …\PCCSRV\Private directory.
  3. Modify the following lines:
    From:
    UpdateSource=http://osce106-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdate
    UpdateSource_Schedule=http://osce106-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdate
    To:
    UpdateSource=http://osce106sp2-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdate
    UpdateSource_Schedule=http://osce106sp2-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdate
  4. Start the OSCE server master service.
  5. Manually update the OSCE server.
    The C&C IP list will be updated.
