Unable to Backup Server Files. stop installation.
Details
Public
The issue occurs when PostTmPatch.exe is unable to create a backup of LWCS\x64. The x64 folder is either corrupted or doesn't exist on the server.
To resolve this issue:
Look for the x64 folder on the OfficeScan server.
Default location: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Officescan\PCCSRV\LWCS
If the x64 folder is missing:
  1. Create an x64 folder in this location:
    C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Officescan\PCCSRV\LWCS
  2. Install OSCE 10.6 SP3.
If the x64 folder is present:
  1. Create a back up of the x64 folder and place it on the desktop.
  2. Delete the x64 folder.
  3. Install OSCE 10.6 SP3.
Note: In some cases, x64 is a file, not a folder. If this occurs, back up the x64 file, delete it, then install OSCE 10.6 SP3.
