Summary
After entering the TMMS Activation Code (AC), some functions that are supposed to be unlocked with the license do not appear in the web console.
This also happens when a user enters a new license after using a trial license.
Details
To resolve the issue, you need to remove the old license:
- Stop the TMMS service.
- Open the TmOMSM.ini file and look for the [AC] section.
- Delete the lines AC0= and LF0=.
If you have more than one license activated in the console, remove the lines AC1= and LF1= as well.
- Restart the TMMS service.
- Enter the activation code. The devices will be updated with the new license once connected to Internet.
