Unable to manually update the integrated server's web blocking list

This error message appears when manually updating the integrated server's web blocking list:

To resolve this issue:

  1. Open the PCCSRV\LWCS\aucfg.ini file.
  2. Look for the [Downloader] section and add this item:

    User-Agent=62691CB3BF62DAF233FB2C02782E7BD2

  3. Save and close the file.
  4. On the console, go to Smart Protection > Integrated Server and initiate Update now for the Web blocking list.
