Unable to decrypt emails using mobile devices or smartphones

Summary
You cannot decrypt emails directly on mobile devices such as, but not limited to, iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows phone etc.
Trend Micro Encryption for Email (TMEE) does not work using the mobile device browser. No mobile application for TMEE is available.

This is a product limitation due to a large variety of mobile operating systems. Another reason is the restricted device permissions necessary for the existing decryption methods.
To read the content of such emails, follow the instructions as written on the encrypted email envelope:
Mobile device users:
Forward this email to m@zd.trendmicro.com and receive URLs to view the message on mobile devices.
The intermediate server decrypts the email on your behalf and sends you a link, which is valid for a limited period of time. After clicking the link, enter your email encryption credentials to read the content.
