You experience slow performance when accessing Sage Business Vision while the WFBS Security Agent is loaded.
The performance of network applications may slow down noticeably in some computers where WFBS is installed.
To fix the issue:
- Install Hot Fix 1365. Do the following:
- Request for Hot Fix 1365 from Trend Micro Technical Support.
For Premium Support Program (PSP) clients, contact your Technical Account Manager (TAM) directly.
Hot fixes are downloadable code fixes for bugs or specific issues encountered by specific customers. Hot fixes are meant to be interim solutions that will eventually be consolidated into a patch or service pack for your product.
Trend Micro recommends applying patches or service packs instead of individual hot fixes whenever possible. - Refer to the Readme file included in the Hot Fix for the installation instructions.
- Request for Hot Fix 1365 from Trend Micro Technical Support.
- Download and install WFBS Standard/Advanced 8.0 Service Pack 1 with Build 2020.
