Summary
When trying to register the Registration Key (RK) or activate the Activation Key (AK) for WFBS-SVC in the Customer Licensing Portal, you get the following error message:
Someone else has already used this key. EX30100001

The error message appears when you attempt to register or activate a RK/AC that is already registered.
If the RK/AC has not been previously registered or activated, contact the Trend Micro Reseller where you purchased the product or the Trend Micro Sales Office to verify the validity of the provided key.
