Important: Hot fixes are downloadable code fixes for bugs or specific issues that occurred to specific customers. Hot fixes are meant to be interim solutions that will eventually be consolidated into a patch or service pack for your product. Customers are advised to apply patches or service packs instead of individual hot fixes whenever possible.
To resolve the issue, apply Hot Fix 2409 (HFB2409) for OfficeScan 10.6 Service Pack 1 (SP1). The hot fix is released on August 10, 2012.
Request the hot fix file from Trend Micro Technical Support. For Premium Support Program (PSP) clients, contact your Technical Account Manager (TAM).
