You are unable to delete the Delivery settings under Notifications in InterScan Messaging Security Virtual Appliance (IMSVA). The following error message appears:
That address is invalid. Please re-type the address.
It is really impossible to remove the Delivery Settings details on the Management console. However, you can avoid receiving notifications.
As a workaround to avoid notifications, do any of the following:
- Navigate to Administration > Notifications > Events and untick the Related check box. Save the changes.
- Go to Administration > Notifications > Delivery Settings and type a non-exisiting address. For example, type email@example.com.
