In WFBS 9.0, we added back the Global Approved/Blocked List. Also, a granular URL approved/blocked list is also created per group for stricter policies.
Global Approved/Blocked List
You can now add global black and white list for Web Reputation and URL Filtering.
Group Approved/Blocked List
When you tick the Customize approved/blocked URLs for this group check box, the group will not look at the Global list.
You can also use the Import from global settings button to add the black or white list from the Global setting to the text area.
