To resolve this issue:

  1. Verify if the tsc.ptn files are in the PCCSRV\Admin directory.

    If not, download the working file from this link.

  2. Extract the TSC.PTN file from ..\PCCSRV\Download\Pattern\tscptn.zip.
  3. Place the TSC.PTN file in the ..\PCCSRV\ADMIN folder.
     
    Always create a copy of the original file before replacing it.
  4. After copying/replacing the tsc.ptn file on the PCCSRV\Admin directory, run the client/agent installation using Autopcc.
