JavaScript error or broken page shows when accessing the Security Server web console of Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) 9.0

You encounter the following issues while trying to access the Security Server web console of WFBS 9.0:
  • Java script warnings
  • Defective user interface (UI)
  • Broken or blank pages

These issues may be due to the cached file of Internet Explorer (IE). You can resolve the issues by deleting all cache files of IE.
For IE 7:
  1. Go to Internet Options > Browsing History > Delete.
  2. Under Temporary Internet Files, click the Delete files button.

For IE 8 and above:
  1. Go to Internet Options > Browsing History > Delete.
  2. Tick the Temporary Internet files checkbox and then click Delete.
    If the Security Server URL is included in the list of Favorite websites, untick the Preserve Favorites website data checkbox.

If the given solution does not resolve the issue, change the Website Data Settings (IE 7) or Temporary Internet Files and History Settings (IE 8 and above).
  1. Go to Internet Options > Browsing History.
  2. Click the Settings button.
  3. Under Temporary Internet Files, select the Everytime I visit the webpage option and then click OK.

The Security Server web console should now be working properly.
