"Setup has detected a newer version of Officescan on your system. Setup Aborted."

To resolve this:
  1. Open the Registry Editor.
  2. Go to the following registry location:
    For 32-bit:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\OfficeScan\service\Information.
    For 64-bit:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TrendMicro\OfficeScan\service\Information.
  3. Change the value of the following registry keys to "0":
    • Server_Build
    • ServicePack_Build
  4. Install Officescan 10.6 SP2.
