Broken thumbnail of large-sized images
Details

This issue happens to images with large file sizes (>10MB for SSFE 2.1 Build 1495 or lower and >20MB for SSFE 2.1 SP1 Build 1496 or higher).
By default, the SSFE server sets the limit for creating a picture thumbnails to 10MB (Server Build 1495 or lower) or 20MB (Server Build 1496 or higher). Any file larger than the said sizes will be skipped.
To resolve this problem, the administrator can increase the thumbnail limit:
  1. Log in to the SSFE server shell.
  2. Edit the file /opt/TrendMicro/OSDP/Lib/Storage/Config.pm using a text editor such as VIM.
  3. Look for the line:
    For SSFE 2.1 Server Build 1495 or lower:
    MAX_IMAGE_THUMB_BUILD_SIZE => 10 * 1024 * 1024
    and change it to:
    MAX_IMAGE_THUMB_BUILD_SIZE => X * 1024 * 1024
    For SSFE 2.1 Server Build 1496 or higher:
    MAX_IMAGE_THUMB_BUILD_SIZE => 20 * 1024 * 1024
    and change it to:
    MAX_IMAGE_THUMB_BUILD_SIZE => X * 1024 * 1024
    Where X is the desired size limit in MB.
  4. Save and close the file.
You will now be able to see the thumbnails correctly.
