Service Pack 1 does not appear on the web console after upgrading InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance (IWSVA) 6.0

Summary
After upgrading IWSVA 6.0 to Service Pack (SP) 1, you cannot see the SP1 build in the Administration > System Updates section of the web console.

The absence of the SP1 build on the web console indicates that the upgrade failed. This issue may occur due to manual interruption during the upgrade.
To resolve the issue, ensure that upgrade processes in the background are completely finished when upgrading to IWSVA 6.0 SP1:
  1. Use an SSH tool such as Putty or WinSCP to connect to the IWSVA server.
  2. Open a CLI window for monitoring.
  3. Open the IWSVA web console.
  4. Go to Administration > System Updates and start upgrading.
    Make sure to stay on the same page of the console until the CLI shows the message “The system is going down for reboot NOW!
  5. After the reboot, log in to the web console and go to Administration > System Updates.
The SP1 build will now be displayed.
