Scrambled Chinese filename appears when downloading files from SafeSync for Enterprise (SSFE) using Internet Explorer (IE) 11

Summary
While downloading a file with Chinese characters from the server using IE 11, the characters appear as garbled.

This issue only occurs in IE 11 and does not affect IE 9 and 10.
Details
Public
To resolve the issue:
  1. Click Start > Run and type "gpedit.msc".
  2. Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Customize User Agent String.
  3. Click Edit policy setting to enable the setting and input "MSIE 9.0".
  4. Click OK.
  5. Restart IE.
    The filenames will now show as normal.
