Know how to see the logs for the Unmanaged Application of EAC.
Details
By default, the EAC Policy log criteria is only set to Block and Lockdown rules. With this setting, the Unmanaged Application widget contains no information.
To view the Unmanaged Application, an administrator needs to change the Log Filter Criteria to All executed applications:
- Open a policy or create a new one.
- Under Logs, select All executed applications.
Note: Enabling this option creates a large amount of data. Make sure that there is enough disk space in EAC server.
- Redeploy the policy.
