- Connect to the database using the following command on the parent device:
/opt/trend/imss/PostgreSQL/bin/psql imss sa
- Insert the "ShowAllAttachmentsOnQueueQueryPage" key into tb_global_setting and set its value to 'yes'.
insert into tb_global_setting
- Exit the database console using the "\q" command.
- Restart the admin user interface using the "S99ADMIN restart" command.
