Summary
When you try to install patches for TMCM 6.0, the installation fails. The TMPatch logs show the error:

Details
The error may occur in one of the following scenarios:
- Trend Micro Control Manager Service and Trend Micro Management Infrastructure service are running using a Windows Domain account. (This account is also used by TMCM to log in to SQL server).
- You are logged in to the Windows Server, where TMCM is installed, with a different domain account (not the Windows Domain account) when you run the patch installer.
To resolve the issue and install the patch successfully:
- Open the Windows Services console and identify what account is being used by the following services:
- Trend Micro Control Manager
- Trend Micro Management Infrastructure
- Log off from the Windows server then log in again using the account identified in Step 1.
- Run the patch installer again.
