To open SSFE encrypted files, you must meet the following requirements:
  • A SSFE account on the SSFE server where the file is hosted
  • A PC, Mac, iOS, or Android device with SSFE client installed
  • The SSFE client must be logged in to the SSFE server where the file is hosted
If you are accessing a SSFE account only through a web browser and the device does not have the SSFE client installed, you will not be able to decrypt and open the file even if you have a SSFE account.
