You have two ways to check if you have an HES license:

Option I: From the license

On the license key, you should see the following information:

Product ID: NMZCZZE2X
Product name: Hosted Email Security

Option II: From your Customer Licensing Portal (CLP) account

  1. Log in to CLP.
  2. Go to the My Products/Services tab. Hosted Email Security should be listed.
  • For US and other regions

    Inbound: in.hes.trendmicro.com
    Outbound: relay.hes.trendmicro.com

  • For EMEA

    Inbound: in.hes.trendmicro.eu
    Outbound: relay.hes.trendmicro.eu
