- Log in to Customer Licensing Portal (CLP).
Note: If you have not registered your Smart Protection license yet, refer to the following KB article: Registering your Smart Protection activation code (AC).
- Under Software as a Service Offerings, look for Hosted Email Security 2.0.
- Click Open Console.
HES 2.0 will be activated and you will be redirected to the HES console.
- Enter your domain name, seat count, and destination IP address. Click Activate.
- Wait for your confirmation email.
This will take 48 hours at most. The confirmation email will guide you through the final steps needed before starting the service.
